Criminal Record Checks
School District 62 requires a new criminal record check every 5 years. A criminal record check can be obtained online by one of these 2 options:
To request a record check please email spencermiddleschool@sd62.bc.ca and express your wish to volunteer so we can start the process on your behalf. CRC will send you an email directing you to the online platform where you can fill out the required information. Clearance letters will be sent to the SD62 Board Office and you will be contacted when the letter arrives. The clearance letters can take from a few days to several months to process.
There is no charge for the criminal record check, however, you may be asked by the Ministry of Justice to provide fingerprints and there is a fee for this. The fee varies depending on where you are required to have them done.
